The location is amazing. It allowed easy access to all the main attractions. the supermarket in the connected mall was so convenient. I loved it. i found the hotel to be clean. the staff allowed an early check-in. It saved my day.

the breakfast cost seems a bit excessive. you can get good alternatives nearby, it is a bit expensive.

I really liked my stay. The staff was so kind. My room number 602 had comfortable beds. Franziska at check-in assisted me greatly. She helped me with a lost cell phone and train station directions. Another receptionist helped with dinner reservations too.

My bidet wasn't working. I found this quite annoying.

The breakfast was indeed excellent with many choices. I liked the option to order hot items. the location was really great as it allowed easy access to many attractions. the staff seemed very professional always offering perfect service.

I found the room a bit too hot, even with the heat turned off, this was an issue. Several others experienced similar discomfort. the bathtub was not draining properly. power outlets near the bed were not conveniently located though.
